Grand Prix Nova invites you again in June in Bucharest!

!!! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT !!!

Dear colleagues and friends!

We extend the registration period for Grand Prix Nova 11th edition until May 5, 2023, for all three categories (Drama, Short, and Binaural).

The Festival will take place in Bucharest between 18th and 23th of June, and we are excited to listen amazing productions from all over the world!

We keep the collective jury formula launched at last year's edition, and we look forward to meeting you in Bucharest for an intense week of auditions, discussions and workshops.

Radio Romania announces the launch of 11th Grand Prix Nova, International Radio Drama Festival that will take place in Bucharest between 18th and 23th of June.

Grand Prix Nova is waiting for you again with the best of your creative works in long and short length!

Attention! Due to the constant financial struggle of authors in the audio industry and the hardships they are facing in funding their participation to the festival, we have decided that starting with this year, to reward the first three positions in the Drama and Short Forms categories with moneyprizes.

Attention! Grand Prix Nova will have for the fourth year the Award for binaural drama productions! See more details below.

Grand Prix Nova aims to attract radio drama productions from all over the world. We are particularly interested in rewarding innovative artistic works that explore new approaches to audio drama.

Grand Prix Nova learns from its own experience so please observe the changes from the previous edition.We keep the collective jury formula launched at last year's edition. The guests are invited to carefully consult the RULES AND REGULATIONS of the festival.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Bucharest for an intense week of auditions, debates and workshops. You'll also have the chance to discover life in Bucharest, a city happily blending Balkan influences and the Latin tradition.

A jury including, but not limited to radio personalities is responsible for deciding the winners of the Grand Prix Nova Festival. Make your voice heard, by joining the debates, and you might increase your chances to win!
